Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. We ask for order confirmation message through WhatsApp and calls post placing the order and you can intimate any change in shipping address that time. Post that you can call / write to us for any change in shipping address.
We will share with you; your package tracking information post the package is shipped. Automated messages are sent through WhatsApp on your mobile number with tracking information. In case you are not able to get the tracking information, you can call / write to us, and we will provide you the tracking information as soon as possible.
There may be a delay in delivery of COD orders since the courier will need to coordinate with you to deliver the items as per your convenient time.
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only. If the cancellation needs to be done after 2-3 days of order placement, then please reach out to us at manrajkunwar@gmail.com or call us at 8088404161.
