Shipping Policy

  1. At Ziyorah, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE.
  2. Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Delivery time ranges from 7-15 days, varying due to weaving and making times that differ among artisans.
  3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  4. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. We will share with you your package tracking information post the package is shipped.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products and Stitched suit pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 3 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable.

Return Policy

In the odd case that you do not love your Ziyorah products, here is our policy on returns:

  • Raise your return request within 3 days of receiving the shipment through an email on ziyorabymanrajkunwar@gmail.com or on WhatsApp 80884 04161
  • The product opening videos are must for any return request. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or you get a wrong product you should send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. As the products are made to order returns are only eligible in case of damaged products or wrong product delivery.
  • The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
  • Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
  • The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
  • In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
  • Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund:
    • In the form of store credit where you can buy an item of up to 10% more price with the same amount and there is no expiry date to credit. After all, we would like to correct the mistake where we have gone wrong.
    • However, if you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order or any other mode you wish (Wallet / Bank Transfer), we will initiate the refund after we receive the item, and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Ziyorah. But we’re a friendly bunch.

REFUND:

At Ziyorah, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that your product is damaged, we offer a straightforward refund process outlined below:

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • Refunds are applicable only for products purchased directly from Ziyorah.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Refund Process:
    • Contact our customer support team to initiate the refund process.
    • Provide details of your order, including the order number and reason for the refund request.
    • Upon approval, you will be instructed to return the item(s) to the designated address.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Bank Details Requirement:
    • To expedite the refund process, it is essential that customers provide accurate bank details.
    • Failure to provide correct bank details may result in delays or complications in processing the refund.
